Daniel Carlin

Founder, Director, Innovation and Market Development

Daniel Carlin is an adventurer, a man who thrives on new challenges, whether it be a mountain to climb or a new business venture.

His passionate interest in health and fitness started his journey towards establishing Elevate. As a personal trainer his professional clients asked him for advice not only about fitness and looking good; they asked about nutrition; stress management and how to maintain their energy levels throughout their frantic days.
Daniel enjoyed seeking answers to their questions and subsequently began working with corporate health providers educating professionals on wellbeing strategies as a speaker and facilitator.

After setting up Elevate in 2007 Daniel became convinced that there was an unmet need for accessible clinics with first class practitioners for employees to be able to take action on what they learnt during their corporate health program. The concept for Elevate was re-engineered. Having no formal business or marketing training, Daniel had researched his market and with the spirit of a true adventurer, opened the first Elevate clinic in 2010 with his own funds and some assistance from friends and family.

Elevate has proven to be an enormous success. In just two years, Daniel has attracted major corporate clients from the big end of town as well as building a team of highly experienced board members, executives and health professionals. His personal warmth, enthusiasm and passion has seen the business grow from a single site buisness to a business building a national footprint with plans to expand into Asia.
