Tier Two Corporate Membership

Tier Two membership is specifically designed for businesses that do not meet the minimum Tier One budget, but would still like to offer Elevate membership to their employees.
 
Tier Two members receive a membership card which gives them access to Elevate clinic services at 10% off rack rates as well as any private health fund and Medicare rebates for which the individual is eligible.
 
Members also have access to discounted products and services from Elevate’s alliance partners, including Fitness First and GNC Health Food stores.

What’s the catch, you might ask? Well, there isn’t one.
 
To be eligible for an Elevate corporate membership, the organisation needs to commit to the following initiatives ensuring health awareness and program participation:
 

• Send a company-wide invitation to the program from the company’s CEO/MD to show support and encourage participation

• Facilitate an introductory lunchtime seminar to introduce the program/membership and the benefits of optimal health and wellbeing
• Encourage all employees to take part in an online wellness survey to establish buy in
• Allow brief videos to be sent to employees every second month to educate them on key health issues and provide improvement strategies
• Enable weekly email health tips to employees
• Allow posters, brochures and handouts on display in organisation’s tea rooms and break out areas
